Our product is designed to be easy to use for anyone on your team, not just highly trained quantitative analysts. We want to provide actionable insights about user behaviors that are impacting customer experience and thus business goals. We do not want to simply create charts of clicks or completion rates.
Founder & CEO
ImpactProduct was started by Steven Cohn, a product obsessed, four-time founder. Steven's life motto is: I try hard to be a good Husband, Father and Entrepreneur. He prioritizes his wife (partner for 25 years) and his two boys. Steven's last company was Validately, a User Research & UX Testing platform, which was recently acquired by UserZoom.
Josh is a designer, strategy consultant, coach, author and speaker who helps clients launch new products and services, and create more agile, entrepreneurial organizations. He is the author of Outcomes over Outputs. He is also the co-author of the award-winning book LeanUX and Sense & Respond.
